Summer Reading is in full swing!

Have you join our summer reading club? It's not too late. There's still time to join. You can register in the Children's room or online at www.coopersiegelcommunitylibrary.org . Children can earn a free t-shirt and raffle tickets just by reading books!

We also some great programs coming up in the next two weeks. They include:

Mad Science Presents: Sun and Stars
Friday June 22nd at 10:30 AM

In this class, kids will investigate the Sun and distant stars, and the galaxies they form. Children will explore stellar life cycles, create new solar systems, and make their own constellations. The class concludes with a 3-dimensional exploration of the Big Dipper that kids will be able to take home with them. Grades K-6.


Artmaking . . . With Alison Babusci        
Wednesday, June 27th at 10:30 AM

Dream time creatures - nocturnal animals to imaginary beasties - come to life in drawing and collage. Artists 4 and up are invited to join us and make some art with unique techniques.


Movie Matinee Double Feature: Night at the Museum
Saturday, June 23rd at 12:30 PM

Create a dinosaur and play games before the show. The movie is rated PG. Ages 5 and up.


Superhero Academy
Friday, June 29th at 1:00 PM

It’s a bird, it’s a plane no, it’s the next superhero, you! Train to be the next superhero by creating your own identity and make a costume using recyclable materials.
Space is limited for this academy. Recruits ages 4 and up are eligible to register.
